1. The staff are all extremely personable and professionable and can never seem to do enough for you.

4. My favorite things about this hotel include: the VERY friendly, welcoming and professional service I received from each and every employee; the food, (not inexpensive but impeccably prepared - noting that I ate in the lounge every evening), and the fluffy, comfy bed.

9. Staff is professional, rooms and lobby are elegant and clean, you have a nice pool and a good gym plus there is a Starbucks Coffee in the hotel for the morning coffee at 5am when you hit the road for real.
