Good:-Convienient downtown location-Nice lobby-Very good exercise room-Staff was couteous and responsive-Wi-Fi included in price of room-Comfortable bedBad:-Rooms are worn, in need of repair / update-Mold on carpet and in tub-No coffee maker-Wi-Fi internet access really slow in evenings-The escalators and All 7 guest elevators were not working one morning.
