5. When we read the comments we considered changing our booking to another hotel but on arriving, the hotel itself has a nice feel about it and the staff at the front desk were lovely and extremely helpful inparticular Dick at the concierge desk.

7. It doesnt help when the person in the room next to you is awake doing phone calls, watching TV or talking with a guest at 3am - 4am every single morning however, in any decent hotel this wouldnt be an issue.
