2. When we read the comments we considered changing our booking to another hotel but on arriving, the hotel itself has a nice feel about it and the staff at the front desk were lovely and extremely helpful inparticular Dick at the concierge desk.

9. The hotel hasn't been updated in 30 years, and they nicely close off entrances at night forcing us to have a lovely run in with a homeless person urinating and screaming obscenities while they forced us to walk around the block from the main entrance (no security came to assist).

10. I as such did ot have a great experience here, due to many reasons, though this hotel had this lovely coffee shop in the lobby that changed my mood.
