6. The supervisor handle the event in such a way that, we received better accomodations at any McDonald's chain, where the personnels appears more educated and genuinely pleasant.

8. Yes, the room was small, but since I am only sleeping there, what do I need a large room for?The lobby is overwhelming and gorgeous; the staff pleasant and helpful; the restaurants within the hotel are excellent.
