2. My newly hubby and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, it was very comfortable, nice friendly staff ( except for the black woman behing the desk she was pretty rude and cold) other staff very friendly and helpful.

3. With the Tower Beverly Hills, you're not buying the big chain hotel experience where your every whim is catered to and it's slick and new; you're buying your way into something very unique, that can be only experienced in Los Angeles, something memorable if you can overlook the odd flaw.

4. When Kimpton owned the hotel it had a fireplace and free wine in the evening, not sure if the new owners continue the trend.

5. one main issue we had was every day at least once you had to get new key card made as they were having a problem and also on one elevator worked for the 6 days that we were there.

9. SO this place is a mixed bag: lots of new, a little 60s; great service at valet and concierge, slow at front desk; noisy at times, quiet at others, beautiful lobby and 'lounging' areas.
