1. For $$$$ value just excellent, all rooms have balcony which we enjoyed looking over L.

7. Yes, the value for the area is excellent and while Rodeo Drive is walkable, it is not as close as the website may lead you to believe, but you could do it (about a half mile or so to downtown Beverly Hills bus.
