1. It was clean, and it did have a balcony, I didnt find it to be in a nice area of Beverly Hills.

2. hotel staff were friendly and helpfull rooms nice and clean with great views to the hollywood hills , walking distance to rodeo drive and not far from other major sight seeing places .

3. The rooms are old, dirty, carpets and draperies are dirty, with no attempt to clean them.

7. First the cons: The decor was little old and worn (but very clean), the hallway on the floor where we stayed (fourth floor) had a very unpleasant musty smell which seeped a little into the room.
