2. Your companion may wonder like mine did, why we didn't book the Raddisson, Hyatt or any of the other major hotels since we saw at least four cycles of shuttles from these hotels come and go as we continued to wait for the Custom shuttle.

5. Here's where the custom ran away from the pack - not only is Deck 33 beautifully laid out and the food excellent (and i tried everything) but the staff was beyond gracious and wonderful.

It is not overheated (but it does have perfectly controllable aircon and heating) you may open a window (LA has sea breezes along this coastal strip) your room comes with a frig, the bathrooms are small but newly refurbished with a beautiful oversize German porcelain basin, the bed and linens are wonderful.
