3. It wasn't a good way to wake up to such loud music, wish their conference rooms were sound proof or they should address the sound due to the proximity of the rooms to the conference hall.

5. Hotel is next to a supermarket so you can buy good food for the room but they also have very tempting specials advertised on food and drink.
