1. It is a very high standard hotel with exceptional customer service from the reception and the rooms are of a very clean 4 star standard.

4. It tries to be a boutique hotel, but fails on every count (except the great front desk clerk)I understand the hotel is due to be renovated, but I would have suggested to renovate it first and then open it, not vice versa.

5. For the price I expected a bit nicer and brighter,this was the 3rd hotel I stayed at on my trip and my least favourite for everything except that it was the quietest.

6. Over all the staff is very friend in exception to the one front desk girl (wish we would have got her name), the rooms are nice and comfortable and decorated pretty cute.

8. The lack of coffee maker in the room is regrettable, and the amenities are slim, except for excellent (and free) Wi-Fi.

9. The so called desk is a sort of headboard for the bed, and isn't really wide enough to hold a suitcase, except precariously above your head while you sleep.

10. Meaning, valet can be viewed as an upgrade(except for the $20/night) as well as the art work throughout, the modernistic foyer as you enter, the pool lounge, restaurant, the colors on the walls, art in elevators, etc.
