1. This area is supposed to be closed at 9PM, but security were 'busy elsewhere' Great location for Universal studios, but not for much else- a bit out of the way if you want to walk to a restaurant or bar.

8. There are 8 large security boxes big enough for latops but they are on a first come first served basis, so getting one in the first place is difficult and when anyone does they hogg it until the end of their stay (me included).

9. Only bug bear for us was the lack of safes for said laptop etc, there are tiny security boxes at reception which I couldnt even get my travelling jewellery box into.

10. Overall, I didnt hate the place, but didnt love it, and thought it was too expensive for the stay, so only stay here if you get a good rate, and make sure that rate is secure before you book.
