4. Just as a footnote: we have travelled to LA on 3 other occasions, so we are not new to this sort of service.

The girls were more than happy to answer all of my 'stupid' tourist questions (like how much are you supposed to tip, and how do I work the heater hehe) and they were great when I left my camera in the lobby after my airport transfer turned up 30mins early - they had it sent to my hotel in new York.
