1. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was lovely and big and very clean, and hotel grounds were well looked after.

2. If I ever go to that area gain I will look into staying at the Hilton or the other big hotel near Universal because they looked like better options.

3. As all the rooms and balconies are smoke free, we used the area downstairs a lot which was really pretty with tables, chairs and big gas heaters.

6. We took a taxi up to the big Boy Burger Bar which is a must-see Americana experience and really good fun.

7. The rooms aren't luxurious but are clean and spacious; the pool area isn't massive but has the lovely touch of big loungy couches and a huge open fire (and jacuzzi, of course).
