1. The hotel has a limited number of reserved parking spots (free to guests) and we only once had to park the car on the street.

2. The manager and receptionist were friendly and helpful, the room (directly looking onto the beach near the pier) was smallish but well designed and very comfortable, the location was superb and the free wifi worked well.

7. It was down a back street and parking was tight for our 4x4 but it was adequate and free which is rare for this area from our past experience.

8. Breakfast is free continental on the second floor and just needs warm weather to eat it on the ground floor outside tables or benches on the roof top otherwise it is cramped to eat in your room.
