1. Could have really used a better carpenter and/or carpet installer.

6. If you don't use Hotwire you should check it out - they give you satisfaction ratings which make it better, (athough a bit higher priced), than priceline.

9. With 10% unemployment in the USA and 45 million people reliant on food stamps I would think that you could have better management suitably employed.
