6. room service is terrific on food and timely delivery, the entire staff is helpful, pleasant (unlike some places in nearby beverly hills) and accommodating, all services are exactly as they should be, and because this is a fairly large hotel, you can often get exceptional deals and packages through online travel sites, as we did.
