4. Special kudos to the group sales staff, which has made me and my team look good in front of our management and entertainment industry clients with their attention to detail (esp 'welcome' treatement for our VIPs) and willingness to think creatively about meeting space, parties, etc.

6. Perhaps this is most obvious in the dining areas, where each staff member offered a cheery welcome and courteous attention in an elegant room where Assistant Manager Laura Vezan seemed ever present to offer cheerful oversight of the service of highest quality food and drink.
