3. Stick to the Spa rooms in the Spa building and you will be well pleased.

4. They even started their wonderful service before we got there this time by e-mailing recommendations for activities and restaurants (we tried one fo the suggestions - the Seven Fishes - and were extremely pleased with it).

5. We were pleased to find that the pool/ hot tub areas were open all night to enjoy a nice soak and cocktail from the bar after a long drive.
