2. The next day when I called the front desk at around 7 pm to speak to a manager to ask for some new bath towels as our room had not been cleaned the woman who answered hung up on me.

We did have to wait 4 days for new cards to arrive but the resort staff was very helpful and made the best of things for us, The employees were extremely helpful from the house keeping staff to the bar tenders and waiters from the beach side bar were were just so helpful and fun to be around, they really enjoy their job and honestly want to make everyone's stay their fun and relaxing .

4. We decided 1 month before in advance that we needed a vacation from new England, we were able to book a room for 1 week and it was well worth it.

5. The remodeled rooms are great, the beds very comfy and new bathrooms really really nice.

8. The room was great; very clean, recently renovated & nicely decorated with new furniture, (very comfortable bed), new bathroom (with great shower, no tub) & a small balcony.

10. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and we were upgraded from a standard room to a newly renovated 2 room suite with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, 2 full baths with large showers with rain shower heads, 2 flat screen tvs, and no less than 4 telephones.
