5. Our family had a wonderful time, immaculately clean rooms, restaurant was tasty, love the bfast buffet (kids eat free) - concierge was exceptional as well as the staff in general.

10. Carpets were stained - not sure why they just don't pull them up and put wood/tiled flooring down and I am still wondering why they need carpet on the outside walkways.
