5. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel has all the amenities you need - pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and towel service, bar with live entertainment on weekends, full-service restaurant (beware: breakfast can be more expensive than dinner there) and gift shop.

6. Check in was very swift and efficient , the staff was friendly ( think they were either russian or polish) and our room was huge and spotless clean , with very confortable beds and a nice view.

7. Again, the staff were friendly and efficient, but how could a resort hotel have only four entrees on the menu? The breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but had good food, and it was more economical than ordering a la carte.
