1. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, except for the bartender who seemed a bit surly and did not apparently feel the need to open the tike bar at the posted opening time.

5. I thought this hotel was an exceptional value for the price, located in a quiet area just across from a beach, away from the maddening crowd of Duval Street, but not so far to be away from it.

7. I complained again and we were moved to a 'starwood preferred guest room' (which when we inspected the room was no different, except this time it was CLEAN andwe received 2 free bottles of water daily).
