1. I WAS TALKED INTO STAYING AT EBASSY SUITES BY FAMILY MEMBERS IN JACKSONVILLE , I WORK FOR STARWOODS (SHERATON ATLANTA) AND WE GREAT EVERY GUESST (WITH A SMILE AND A may i help you please) i never once was asked how was my stay or is there anything that can be done, to top that off i was in room 412 and i left my silver watch in the room by mistake i called the hotel once i arrived back in atlanta and i was told they will check with housekeeping and call me back i called at 6 12pm and it is now after 9am on tues and no call back yet.

4. I then asked if the room is not ready could we please swim at the pool and have breakfast (since this is what we were OFFERED in Boca Raton) Well the front desk person stated no early check-ins.
