1. It does have nice new TVs, redone bathrooms, and the exercise room has all up to date equipment.

7. Why is it that some HHonors properties have nice new flat screen TV's with a nice digital picture, while locations like this have newer TV's with terrible pictures?Should I also mention that Non-Smoking rooms at this place have a distinct odor of stale smoke? Not sure if there are smoking rooms nearby, but a non-smoking room means I shouldn't have to smell smoke AT ALL.

8. For example, when we discovered that we could not turn on the lamps in the living room because they did not have any knobs, we called and had maintenance sent up and they turned them on by hand but never brought us new knobs or exchanged out the lamps.

9. Will I stay here again? Not sure, there is a new Marriott right next to the hospital (Baptist Medical Center) as well as other newer hotels.
