1. I WAS TALKED INTO STAYING AT EBASSY SUITES BY FAMILY MEMBERS IN JACKSONVILLE , I WORK FOR STARWOODS (SHERATON ATLANTA) AND WE GREAT EVERY GUESST (WITH A SMILE AND A may i help you please) i never once was asked how was my stay or is there anything that can be done, to top that off i was in room 412 and i left my silver watch in the room by mistake i called the hotel once i arrived back in atlanta and i was told they will check with housekeeping and call me back i called at 6 12pm and it is now after 9am on tues and no call back yet.
