2. While it's entirely reasonable for the staff to turn on the lights to perform room cleaning chores, it's a needless waste of electricity to have a lamp on for some unknown number of hours between when they do their work and when we return.

7. My husband and I used to stay here before we had kids and always liked it for its reasonable cost, proximity to the Galleria, beautiful grounds and the Black Swan bar.
