3. I just returned from 3 nights at the Omni in Houston and am missing my spacious room on the 11th floor with the huge picture window overlooking the expansive courtyard and resort style pools with cascading water and black swans.

8. A huge problem with the bathroom was that the tub took forever to drain (taking a shower was an ordeal) and sometimes the toilet would run, even without being used.
