5. The stand out features about this hotel is not the physical property but rather the VERY attentive staff from the moment we pulled up to the door, the Valets offered door service, car to door, after I checked in, from then on, every staff member used my name, not 'ma'am' or 'Ms.

10. One day the cranberry juice glass had something gross inside it - so the attention to detail isn't great, but the hot chocolate was so amazing I didn't need my juice.
