8. This along with the amentities you get as a newly signed up frequent customer is just so much better than EVERY hotel (so far) I have stayed in.

9. I asked for a copy of the final bill/new charges and she asked 'why didnt you just keep the room service receipt?' I thought it was rude and none of her business - she should have just said ok and printed out a copy for me to include the room service charges and parking like I had politely asked for.
