1. The event staff is second to none, very responsive and genuinely friendly, not 'hotel patronizing' like I've seen at many other properties.

2. - Staff was responsive and seemed to care (I saw an employee go out of his way to pick up a tiny piece of paper on the floor) - Executive lounge was included with my rate and had a nice view, good wifi, two mac computers for use, continental breakfast and reception at night (Tip: Breakfast was good enough for starting my day, but don't expect the evening reception to be your dinner.

4. However, the management is not responsive, the hotel prefers to accomodate large, revolving-door conference attendees and for those of us who stay here repeatedly, we are as annymous as any stranger on the street.

8. We could not complain to a managed, because there was no manager available, despite several requests to speak to one without response, we decided to try to make the most of our experience ourselves and not waste anymore time trying to get our customer service issues addresses.
