However, it must be said that I knew to expect poor customer service from the front desk (from other TripAdvisor reviews)- which we did - and that a hotel such as the Hilton should not rest on the facts that the location and facility are nice- it should still be striving to provide their guests with competent, efficient and if not working towards guest satisfaction, should AT LEAST be polite and pretend to know what's going on.
