1. Overall look of the hotel is quiet nice and the rooms are quiet big with full kitchen so its veryideal for people travelling with kids or on business and don't want to eat out every day can prepare there meals easily.

2. They have 2-3 Bell boys who are also working as Valet Boys and night guards so the hotel is quiet safe and secure.

3. This is the second time we were staying at this Hotel the first time we stayed in it was in mid of renovations so it was quiet noisy in morning with all the construction going on so this time i was looking forward staying here to see the renovated hotelProsThis hotel is very close to the best Mall in Houston + lus all the good restaurants and the hotel provide you shuttle to the Mall as well.

4. We were on an upper floor, the HHONORS level, and found our room quiet and without problem.

5. The rooms are nice and spacious, beds are comfy, the police patrol on the weekends to make sure no one is throwing hotel parties, so it's nice and quiet when it's bed time.
