1. The new room was much better, it smelled fresh, had windows which could open, and was bright, although it was a little bit smaller as it was not a corner room, but still a good size with living room, kitchen and bedroom.

3. As a first for me in my 20 year traveling life, they upgraded the old CRTs to the new LCDs during my 8-days stay (this was planned by the hotel -- I was just staying there).

4. I went to the front desk twice to get new keys because she kept insinuating that we somehow locked the door from the inside (I assume she meant we deadbolted it).

5. We later found out, when we got a new room, that the room was supposed to come with two bottles of water and that the convenience store downstairs sells bottled water for about a $1.
