3. The bathroom only had 2 large towels, so I had to call and wait for more to arrive, the next day i left a note on the mirror to please leave us 6 towels, this time they left 4, so i had to call and wait for more.

4. Congratulations Doubletree staff- you not only know how to please your 'regulars', you also deal with problems in a professional way, that is rather rare nowadays.

7. I was pleased to find that this is one of the few hotels that still has a doorman at the entrance, a nice little touch that makes you feel more welcome and gives the hotel a proffesional and hospitable image.
