1. Including all the ammenities you would expect from a Four Season such as the sandals (his/her), the bathrobes, news paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc.

5. I reserved a spa appointment online which they didn't have upon arriving, but the staff provided a new spa appointment for the next day which was acceptable.
