1. The pool is a great escape after a long day at the conference and the pool staff are attentive, but discrete when it's obvious that you just want to relax, get some sun and read a book.

3. The service was first rate, wonderful attention to details, I arrived early with no problems checking in (at 12 noon) and the room was comfortable, spacious, had large windows and the fitness center was perfect.

7. i wish this luxury hotel was located in an other area of the city not so business oriented we had a great stay in this luxurios hotel last summer , an excepcional attention from the parking and reception personel , lobby was impressing and rooms were large and very well appointed , ameniies were very nice , large bath rooms too.

Kudos to Melissa for immediately recognizing that this was a special night that was about to come apart and making arrangements for us to dine in the private wine cellar of the hotel's wonderful restaurant Quattro - the bottle of champagne and truffles delivered to the room were also a nice touch :-)Although Melissa was the shining star for us, all of the staff were friendly and very attentive.
