3. Not so good points: irritating 'mood' channel switched on in the evening, we were invited to a complementary breakfast which was quite average (not wanting to look a gift horse in the mouth), apart from rather good coffee - for a European this is quite something in the US.

9. The one major deficiency was the lack of quick coffee service in the lobby - a Starbucks stand at the entrance would have been nice; a complementary caraff of plain drip coffee (as the nearby Hilton offfers) would also have been appreciated.
