1. My concern if we had been made aware of our parking options prior to booking we may have had a smoother time or even if the Magnolia staff cannot help, pretend to be empathize with the customers plight.

3. (we could not get out of the garage Sunday morning because there was no attendant available) The bellman/valet appeared uninterested in helping us find a solution, but rather more interested in standing behind the desk.

5. She was friendly and directed us to the Bellman/Valet, whom was absolutely no help and acted as though my wife was intruding on his time.

7. I had a fair about of luggage and am mildly disabled (not that they could tell) but from the time they took it out of my car to the time thay put it back in (2 1/2 days) they were very careful with my things and were really helpful and friendly.
