1. It appears the employees do not care if the guests enjoy their stay.

2. I had a fair about of luggage and am mildly disabled (not that they could tell) but from the time they took it out of my car to the time thay put it back in (2 1/2 days) they were very careful with my things and were really helpful and friendly.

5. My only complaint was the showerhead must be that energy conservation, low flow type --- I don't care for those, would prefer a powerful showerhead with wider coverage and higher pressure.

9. When have you ever went to a hotel and had the front desk charge your card for the room without stating the room rate? Well they did that here and then showed us the price we paid afterwards, we were immediately frustrated because the rate was $20 more at the front desk then paying online and they didn't care to fix this issue and it was their fault since she failed to let us know the price.
