4. I had a fair about of luggage and am mildly disabled (not that they could tell) but from the time they took it out of my car to the time thay put it back in (2 1/2 days) they were very careful with my things and were really helpful and friendly.

8. Breakfast was great with a fantastic selection - the issue was the lack of seating for such a large hotel and although we managed to get a table, our friends were left perched on a stool - a real shame .
