4. If Hotel Icon doesn't want to provide excellent service to ALL of their customers regardless of the rate, then why do they advertise on Expedia? I even filled out their survey (Hotel Icon's) and got a delayed response from their management, who only offered a weak apology and assured me they have scolded their staff.

5. When we inquired as to why she would say that the responses we received was that she had only been working there for 1 week and someone else told us 2 weeks.
