1. I was disappointed that lunch was not served in the dining room, but there are a handful of decent restaurants nearby.

7. It is on a street that has a lot of life - we stayed on a Sat and Sun evening and oddly it was louder on Sunday - you get a decent amount of noise off the street but we`re from NYC so we`re used to it.
