1. They need to recognize their competition is ahead of them in amenities and value and they cannot simple coast of their old reputation as a nice hotel.

6. They did give us passes to a health club (which was nice) but unfortunately they were unusable since we had kids with us and kids were only allowed at the club at very specific and incompatible times.

9. I made reservations at this hotel using Priceline and unlike some other hotels I was given a nice room not overlooking the dumpsters.

10. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when we had troubles with our shower water temperature (which actually had a plumbing problem and had to switch rooms) the staff were so nice and gave us free buffet breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience of having to change rooms.
