1. It's getting a bit dated and beat up and the food is not that great, But the big reason is the noise.

3. you will not sleep comfortably here with banging doors and loud conversations in the next room) - bathtub hand rail was broken from the wall, big crack on the wall and didn't feel secure - heated pool is not really heated, more just lukewarm and not at all inviting - hot tub was closed for repair, though I learned it had been closed for weeks - parking is $15, yes $15 for Eugene.

4. In fact, we feel pampered in their nice clean up-to-date rooms, free excellent breakfast buffets, big indoor pools and hot tubs, and excellent excercise facilities.

6. While big city downtown hotels typically charge for parking, I was a bit annoyed that a Hilton in Eugene would feel the need to charge $10 when one could find street parking.
