2. The first floor unit that I moved to had newer carpet, but after walking around in my white socks for about an hour, they were very dirty.

3. I guess that is tolerable for the price of the room, however, I did check a newer motel down the street on my last day in Eugene 'just to see what I missed out on' and found that it was in better condition for the same general price.
