1. The room had all the modern conveniences: tv, heater, closet, dresser, microwave, and fridge.

3. Would recommend if you're looking for a good value, clean motel room that is conveniently located--it is a bit old fashioned, but that is what a good 'mom & pop' motel offers--the Broadway and its staff do this without sacrificing quality.

4. Room was very small, I was a single, so I got the least expensive room, but it was clean, had everything I needed, the internet worked, and super convenient to campus and houses.
