I specified all the options above with the agent and said i didn't care which hotel she found as long as it was clean and had everything we needed; She said there were not a lot of 2-bedroom suites available in Eugene, but the one she found for us suited us perfectly (and was literally hundred of dollars cheaper than the five-star hotel in the same area).

6. When we had a question that the front desk agent was unable to answer for us, she immediately contacted the manager/owner? and he was quick to arrive and take care of our concerns.
