1. The 'lobby' had a LCD TV, free papers and lots of nice chairs to sit in to watch TV or look out the windows at the waterfront.

3. It had a nice large (40 inch?) LCD TV, good bed, desk, and large (old) bathroom that was fully functional (tub, shower, large sink, lots of mirrors).

9. We did walk into the city from the river along the riverwalk during the daytime, there were a fair number of joggers and it was a nice stroll.
