1. Their valet attendants were prompt, their in-house shuttle service wonderfully convenient & the overall location was just beautiful - a GEM of a spot in urban, downtown Detroit.

2. Our issue is the hotel is rated four-star, but we've had more conveniences such as a free microwave and refrigerator at at our disposal at lesser rated hotels, whereas we would have had to pay a nominal fee for those extra's at the Omni.

5. The location is convenient I guess for business travellers and for people attending one of the sporting venues nearby, however it is a little off the beaten path surrounded by reclaimed warehouses turned into what I assume is office space.

8. We were in Detroit for the International Auto Show, and while the hotel is a bit off the beaten path, the Omni offers a very convenient complimentary shuttle service to popular destinations.
